What is Echelon?
Echelon, home of the Georgia Tech Golf Club, is a prestigious master-planned golf community developed by The Melrose Company. Echelon features an 18-hole, Rees Jones-designed golf course and the southeast's largest Golf Learning Center. The golf course has been chosen as the home course of Georgia Tech's NCAA Golf Team. Echelon is the only new community distinguished by its unique relationship with Atlanta's Georgia Tech.

How will Georgia Tech benefit financially?
The Club will provide Georgia Tech 5% of Membership sales and 10% of Gross Operating Revenue. This is projected to be in excess of $1 million annually at sell out.
